Summary
We are seeking a Qualified Room Leader to join our nursery in Sandown Road, Watford.
Based in the heart of the community, this role is vital in leading a dedicated team of early childhood professionals, to deliver exceptional care and early education, making a positive impact on children's lives while supporting our mission of excellence in childcare. The successful candidate will play a key part in shaping young minds and supporting their growth.
Responsibilities
Fulfill leadership responsibilities by overseeing daily nursery operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
Lead, motivate and mange nursery staff to deliver high standards of care.
Develop and implement educational programmes aligned with early childhood educational principles.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Foster strong relationships with parents and guardians to support children's development.
Monitor and support staff training and professional development.
Manage administration tasks, including, planning , observations and reports.
Pay: From £31,200.00 per year
