ADI is looking for an IT Lead, responsible for Data Conversion to join our organization, leading our Microsoft D365 ERP deployment in Europe, as part of our newly created D365 Center of Excellence team. The deployment will be run out of Oldham, Manchester, requiring the deployment team members spending approximately three weeks on site.
Provide full ownership on the data conversion workstream within the Microsoft D365 ERP deployment program, with full accountability for scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality
Lead all data cleansing, maintenance, and conversion activities, leveraging modern toolsets and AI-enabled solutions where appropriate
Define, manage, and govern data conversion templates, standards, and processes across all deployment sites and functions
Partner with domain data owners and functional teams to ensure data templates and conversion approaches remain aligned to the global ERP design
Build and maintain detailed data conversion and cutover plans, coordinating activities across SIT, UAT, mock cutovers, and production cutover phases
Coordinate and lead data extraction, load, validation, and reconciliation activities in line with the overall ERP program timeline
Provide data cutover leadership, ensuring readiness, coordination, and issue resolution during critical deployment milestones
Create and maintain data conversion analysis, dashboards, and project plans, including progress tracking, forecasted completion, and risk reporting
Develop and oversee a data quality action plan, ensuring timely identification and resolution of data defects
Oversee data validation and verification activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with defined standards
Train and enable site and functional teams on data cleansing, validation techniques, processes, templates, and supporting toolsets
Ensure all sites and data resources are capable and prepared to execute required data conversion activities successfully
Provide regular status, risk, and issue reporting to program and IT leadership, escalating where data quality or readiness threatens delivery
