Commercial Site Manager
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Rate: £290 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 17:00
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Site Manager to join a long-term project based at a food manufacturing facility in Boston, Lincolnshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established contractor carrying out renovation works within a live food factory environment. There is the potential for a permanent position with the company for the right candidate.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The project includes a range of specialist refurbishment works, including:
- White walling
- Resin flooring
- Stainless steel installations
- General renovation works
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the daily operations on site
- Supervising the Assistant Site Manager, labourers, forklift driver, apprentices, subcontractors and utilities operatives
- Coordinating site activities to ensure programmes are met
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and the project team
- Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the project
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial or industrial projects
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work certificates (preferred/required depending on project requirements)
