What we’re looking for:
- At least 6 months of experience working within UK care or nursing home environments
- Someone adaptable, dependable, and confident when responding to changing care needs
- A caring, compassionate approach with a passion for delivering excellent resident support
- A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply through Nursdoc
Key responsibilities:
- Provide safe mobility support to residents and respond appropriately in emergencies
- Deliver personal care—bathing, dressing, grooming—with dignity and respect
- Encourage companionship, social interaction, and engagement in meaningful activities
- Accurately observe, record, and report on residents’ comfort, health, and well-being
- Communicate clearly and professionally with nurses, carers, and the wider care team
