The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing new business and building client relationships
- Sourcing and engaging top talent within your specialist market
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Conducting candidate interviews and client meetings
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Building your own network and market expertise
