Client Service Executive
This role is to work in our Valley Road, Birkenhead CH41 7ED
Salary: £26,000 full time role. Hybrid with Mondays and Tuesdays in the office (training is full time in the office for the first 3 weeks)
We do a credit, right to work and a DBS on all successful candidates
Our Client Service Executives manage and deliver outstanding customer services to corporate Self-serve & E-commerce clients.
Operational tasks:

To work closely with the Client Services Supervisor to deliver business set KPI requirements.

Meet targeted deadlines for set SLAs set by Head of Client Services

To understand departmental procedures and daily workload.

To partake in the Client Services team training and development.

To have knowledge and understanding of all new process and procedures set by the Head of Client Services.

To maintain/improve a high quality of service through objective set by the Head of Business Services.

To maintain and support changes requested by the Business Support Manager.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat & trust-pilot.

Be a subject matter expert on all physical and digital products sold through Love2shop Self-serve and E-commerce, including but not limited to 3rd party products, Love2shop e-gift cards, Love2shop Reward Codes and the supporting exchange websites.

Desirable:

Knowledge of Excel
