The Parlour Restaurant at Sanders Garden Centre are seeking a motivated, diligent, and professional individual to take upon the role of front of house Supervisor. Our ideal candidate will have experience working in customer service, as our business is completely customer focussed. Experience in hospitality is preferred but we also recognise that experiences and skills are transferable from other roles.
Based within the beautiful setting of Sanders Garden Centre, The Parlour restaurant serves breakfast, afternoon meals and a range of cakes, patisserie and Barista-made hot drinks. We are open 7 days a week, which requires candidates to be fully flexible with the days and hours they work. With the Garden Centre closing at 6pm Mon-Saturday and 5pm on a Sunday, our staff have a much healthier work/life balance.
The role of Supervisor is vital to the success of the business. Our Supervisors responsibilities can include: Opening up and running shifts whilst supervising a large team in various deployments, responding to and resolving customer queries, training team members, cashing up and placing and signing off orders.
