Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and directing them appropriately
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area that reflects our brand’s energy and professionalism
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Tiktok
- Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly to foster community interaction
- Assist with public relations efforts by promoting events, initiatives, or news through digital platforms
- Support internal communication by coordinating with team members to share updates and highlight achievements
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect confidently with visitors and online audiences
- Proven experience in social media management, including content creation and platform analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to craft compelling messages that align with brand voice
- Knowledge of public relations principles to effectively promote the organization’s image externally
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and basic graphic design software is a plus

Saturday and Sunday 16:00- 19:00
Pay: £12.71 per hour
