About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team at TIA Wheels. This is a key position supporting both direct sales activity and customer service operations, working closely with an established regional customer base to strengthen relationships, retain and develop business, and identify new commercial opportunities in B2B selling of commercial STEEL and ALUMINIUM wheels.
As the first point of contact for customer enquiries and orders, you will play an important role in delivering excellent service while supporting the wider sales function through structured account management and CRM (HubSpot) activity.
This opportunity would suit someone who is organised, sales-driven, confident in communicating with customers, commercially aware, and eager to develop in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service Support
- Manage incoming customer calls, emails, Teams messages, and correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Handle customer enquiries and process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify pricing, discounts, product codes, and customer requirements to ensure order accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximise account potential and support long-term retention.
- Act as a key liaison between customers and internal departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Understanding the commercial and basic technical elements of the wheels (products) to sell with confidence. Full training will be provided.
Account Management
- Take ownership of assigned customer accounts.
- Maintain regular customer contact through incoming and scheduled telephone calls and administrative follow-up/emails.
- Focus on relationship-building activities that encourage customer loyalty and business growth.
- Support sales targets centred around customer engagement and account development.
CRM & Administration
- Maintain and update customer records using the HUBSPOT CRM system.
- Manage daily CRM tasks, hot lists, and account activity efficiently.
- Support structured account management through organised administration and reporting.
- Work within “My Workday” processes to improve efficiency and account visibility.
Systems & Product Knowledge
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s SAP system, products, and business operations.
- Participate fully in all training and development activities provided.
Team Support & Continuous Improvement
- Support operational projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer service standards and team effectiveness.
- Work collaboratively across departments and provide support where needed.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role, demonstrating successful negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Valid driving licence with the ability to travel as required for client meetings or events.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple clients and tasks.
- Proficiency in IT applications such as CRM systems, MS Office suite, and other relevant software.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and deliver outstanding customer service.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
