A good sales team needs more than phones and computer screens. It needs people who enjoy working together, managers who are available when support is needed and an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable being themselves.
You will become part of a friendly contact centre team of around 18 advisors, right here in the heart of Birmingham. The office is busy and upbeat, but never overly formal. Colleagues share advice, celebrate good results and step in to help when a tricky call needs a second opinion. Background music, regular team activities and plenty of conversation help keep the working day positive.
We are hiring someone who enjoys speaking with people on the phone and takes real satisfaction in building rapport and finding the right product or service for each customer. You will guide people through their options, listen carefully to what they actually need and make sure they finish the call feeling advised, supported and looked after.
Previous sales or contact centre experience would be helpful, but it is not essential. Full training will be provided. What matters most is that you communicate clearly, enjoy a good conversation and genuinely care about helping people across the Brummie community and beyond.

Pay, Hours and Benefits
- £13.95 per hour plus a £300 monthly bonus when targets are met
- Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm
- One hour fully paid lunch break each day
