Job Summary
Al Karbi Business Solutions Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding the company's commercial portfolio. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored business solutions while achieving ambitious sales and revenue targets.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the full sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver client solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business development reports, and performance metrics.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Support the development and execution of long-term growth strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, account management, or commercial management.
- Proven ability to generate new business and achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple client opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is advantageous.

Pay: £4,000.00-£5,700.00 per month
