Cook manager required for a cheerful Primary school kitchen! With one general assistant, cooking fresh meals from scratch on a daily basis for approximately 90 children over two sites. approximately 50/50 split between the two.
Working term time only, giving you weekends, evenings and school holidays to enjoy with the family.
Looking after the general Assistant and send out site - and adhering to rotas for production and cleaning - we will expect you to run a kitchen that will adhere to all company policies as well as meeting the requirements to maintain a 5 Hygeine rating with EHO.
To follow all HACCP policies, Food and Hygeine policies as put in place by the company.
Ordering of food to ensure all ingredients are on site when required, cooking from scratch daily, and end of week unit paperwork.
The kitchen is a fun and friendly environment to work in, with a school who is supportive of our staff. located in a small country village with a lovely community.
