The right person for the job will preferably have experience supporting older people, ideally those with learning disability and dementia.
Responsibilities and duties
To Provide support and care to Stoneleigh house service users.
To maintain a high standard of care at all times.
To work flexibly to meet service needs including undertaking rotational shifts which includes weekends.
The candidate will need to be able to work both as part of a team and on their own initiative.
You will receive regular supervisions with the opportunity for development and undergo regular onsite training.
Qualifications and skills
Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
Good communication both written and verbally required.
Be able to work well in a faced paced environment.
