Huffkins in John Lewis Oxford Street is recruiting for a full time team leader 35 to 40 hours per week.
Huffkins Bakery Tearooms is a family business based in the Cotswolds with our own craft bakery which supplies our 9 cafe tearoom sites.
We are now recruiting for a Team leader to work with us in our beautiful cafe on the Fourth Floor of the John Lewis store in their flag ship store on Oxford Street. We are seeking to recruit a Full Time experienced Team Leader for 35 to 40 hours a week . No late nights. No split shifts working a mixture of weekday and weekend shifts.
If you are enthusiastic , experienced and keen to work in an environment where you can feel appreciated come and work alongside our General Manager and help lead a dedicated Huffkins team.
You should have at least two years hospitality experience preferably in a busy coffee shop or cafe environment and understand all aspects of excellent customer service. You should be happy to support the Manager in achieving the site’s KPIs and have a robust working knowledge of EHO 5 star standards.
Experience with coffee is essential and be happy to assist with simple food preparation important too.
You should be of smart appearance, have a can do attitude and be reliable.
