We are currently recruiting experienced Practice Nurses to work on a locum basis with welcoming GP surgeries across Stockport.

Responsibilities
- Chronic Disease Management (Asthma, COPD, Diabetes)
- Cytology/Smears
- Immunisations and Vaccinations
- Wound Care and Dressings
- NHS Health Checks
- Travel Vaccinations (desirable)
- Supporting GP surgery clinics and patient care
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
- Primary Care/General Practice experience
- Experience using EMIS Web and/or SystmOne
- Up-to-date mandatory training
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
