We are looking to recruit a property manager to join our friendly, professional, family run business located close to Ipswich waterfront. You would manage our properties in the Ipswich area and ideally would already have experience of the lettings sector.
Key skills would be:
* Excellent communication both written and verbal
* A friendly and caring manner
* Be able to work under pressure
* Have a flexible approach as there isn't a regular format to the day's work.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a one hour unpaid lunch break. Holiday starts at 20 days plus bank holidays with additional days accruing after three years of service. Nest Pension scheme membership available.
