George & Dragon was one of Clerkenwell's original gastropubs, famed for its tiled interior, acclaimed food and legendary Sunday lunches. This year, we're bringing it back - renovated, reopened.
Downstairs: great pub food, quality drinks and warm, proper hospitality in a stunning grade 2 listed building. Upstairs: our sister restaurant Island, bringing Michelin-recommended dining under the same roof. And we're hiring.
We're looking for CDPs and Commis Chefs who:
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Take pride in consistency, prep and presentation
- Want to help build something from day one
- Excited to join an opening team, looking to grow.

Full-time & part-time available.
Pay: £17.00-£20.00 per hour
