Duties

- Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Support the team with clerical duties as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact with clients professionally.
- Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures is advantageous.
