We are seeking a friendly and professional Cocktail Bartender/Waiter to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests, preparing and serving a variety of cocktails, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, along with a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards.
- Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service.
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately.
- Engage with guests to create a friendly atmosphere, handling any special requests or concerns promptly.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies to promote guest safety.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in serving or bartending roles, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices within the food service industry.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods effectively.
- Good understanding of basic maths for handling transactions and measuring ingredients accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanour with a professional attitude towards guest service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: £13.71-£18.80 per hour
