Oak Vale Gardens has an opportunity for a Housekeeper to join our team.
Oak Vale Gardens is located in the Broadgreen area of the city of Liverpool with excellent transport links and easy access to the motorway networks. It is a specialist rehabilitation care home for 18 males and females with an acquired brain injury, which provides nursing and residential support.
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort throughout our service.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the building.
- Carry out daily cleaning duties in communal areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and staff areas.
- Follow Infection Prevention and Control procedures at all times.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely in line with COSHH regulations.
- Report any maintenance or health and safety concerns promptly.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent standards are maintained.

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable.
- Understanding of COSHH regulations and Infection Prevention and Control measures.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently using your own initiative.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to providing a clean and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and colleagues.
