About Us
Located in the heart of Sedgefield, The Pickled Parson is known for its warm hospitality, delicious food, great drinks, and relaxed atmosphere. From cosy midweek dinners to busy weekend services, we're passionate about creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
Now we're looking for a Front of House Team Member to become part of our close-knit team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests with a genuine smile and providing outstanding customer service.
- Taking food and drink orders confidently and serving them efficiently.
- Working closely with our kitchen and bar teams to keep service running smoothly.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting restaurant environment.
- Going above and beyond to ensure every guest leaves looking forward to their next visit.
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who brings energy, positivity, and a great work ethic. You'll ideally have:
- A friendly, confident personality and a passion for customer service.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to remain calm and professional during busy service.
- A willingness to learn—hospitality experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- We have roles to suit many different working hours - including Breakfast, Lunch and Evening service

Important Information
Applicants must be 18 years of age or over. This is a strict requirement and is non-negotiable.
