Place of Work: Civic Centre 1, Huddersfield, HD1 2NF, and from home.
You will be part of a small but effective team working in the Recharge section providing business and administrative support to the Streetscene and Housing Service. You will be based in one location but may have to travel to attend meetings and provide support across the Place Directorate.
Duties include:
Process daily callouts from CCTV
Raise works orders for callouts in Mayrise
Manage ETON notices daily comments
Data processing (input and retrieval) – including service based IT systems
Specialist word processing
Respond to non-routine enquires and complaints, signposting as required
Produce statistical and management information
Submitting traffic management notices for Streetscene and Housing Services
Creating Invoice for external companies
General administrative duties as required
It is essential that you have a flexible ‘can do’ attitude and possess excellent IT skills. You need to be familiar with a variety of computer packages in particular Microsoft Office and be able to demonstrate business and administrative skills to NVQ level 2. A good level of literacy and numeracy are also required to be able to produce routine documentation and process invoices.
