My client is a well-established manufacturer operating within a fast-paced production environment. They are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support continuous improvement initiatives, optimise manufacturing processes, and help deliver high-quality products to customers.

Design, implement and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Analyse production data to identify trends, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement

Lead projects focused on process optimisation, automation, and product development

Support maintenance and performance of manufacturing equipment

Work closely with Production, Quality, Design and Procurement teams to improve operational performance

Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality, safety and industry standards
Essential
-
Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
-
Previous experience in a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills

Proficiency with CAD software

Experience working with injection moulding processes and equipment
Desirable

Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certification

Experience with automation and robotics

Knowledge of ERP and manufacturing software systems

Understanding of materials science and engineering principles
