Smile 32 Dental is a busy NHS/Private practice seeking a motivated Dental Nurse or Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team.
Suitable for Qualified Nurses, Trainee Nurses, or Receptionists (no dental experience required - full training provided).
Responsibilities
Reception
- Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out
- Handle phone calls and patient enquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Process payments and assist with billing queries
- Maintain tidy, welcoming reception area
- Update patient records confidentially
- Support smooth daily workflow
Nursing (if applicable)
- Chairside assistance
- Cross-infection control and sterilisation
- Preparing surgeries, instruments, and materials
- Supporting the clinical team throughout the day
Essential Requirements
- Professional and well-presented
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Positive, flexible, “can-do” attitude
- Good organisation and time management
- Able to provide references
- Team player
Desirable
- GDC Registration (for nursing applicants)
- Multilingual: Hindi / Punjabi / Polish / Tamil
- Experience in dental or healthcare (not essential)
- Trainee nurses must be enrolled on a dental nurse course
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office; dental software preferred)

Hours
