Key Responsibilities
- Manage event campaigns, promotional activities, and client service workflows
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor event schedules, campaign timelines, materials, and service updates
- Support planning for brand activations, promotional projects, and marketing events
- Prepare reports, campaign summaries, meeting notes, and performance updates
- Assist with team coordination, resource planning, and issue resolution
- Ensure event activities follow company procedures, timelines, and client requirements
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in event coordination, promotions, campaign management, marketing support, client services, or business operations
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with venues, vendors, clients, or promotional teams is an advantage

Pay: £40,000.00-£66,000.00 per year
