Signmaker / Fitter
We are a well-established signage company specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of high-quality signage solutions. All of our 3D signs are designed and manufactured in-house, including illuminated signage, and we fabricate our own welded frames to extremely high tolerances. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional workmanship and are approved fitters for both Daimler and Scania.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and skilled Signmaker / Fitter to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture, prepare, and install a wide range of signage and graphics
- Install large-format vinyl graphics and vehicle graphics to the highest professional standard
- Fit illuminated signs, fabricated signage, and welded framework installations
- Carry out installations on commercial vehicles and customer sites
- Use hand tools and power tools confidently and accurately
- Work from technical drawings and job specifications
- Ensure all work is completed to a very high standard and within deadlines
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and quality control at all times
- Follow all health & safety procedures
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience within the signage industry is essential
- Excellent knowledge and skill in the use of hand tools
- Proven experience applying vinyl graphics to vehicles and large surfaces
- Ability to install large graphics to the highest standard
- Experience fitting illuminated signage and fabricated signs
- Strong practical ability and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
