Duties
- Promote and sell products and services from Community Fibre, EDF and other major brands
- Speak with customers through field-based or in-store sales
- Explain product features, prices and benefits clearly
- Help customers select suitable products and services
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and completed sales
Qualifications
- Confident, friendly and approachable
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
- Target-driven and motivated by earning opportunities
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Previous sales or customer-service experience is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided
Pay: £25,420.00-£90,000.00 per year
