About the Role
- The main Hartpury reception in the Student Zone provides an excellent customer experience to all our students and visitors to the campus.
- Acting as a focal point, for all non-academic student queries, this is a great opportunity for someone to join our busy team to act as first point of contact for all enquiries (face-to-face, telephone and email).
- Your role will be varied and include reception and general administrative duties, responding to student, staff and visitor queries and managing Hartpury’s post.
- Outside of academic term time the role supports Hartpury’s summer conferencing business.
About You
- You will have exceptional customer service and communication skills
- You will be IT literate, well organized and a strong team player.
- Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in customer facing role.
