Job description
Surrey Security required a Relief Security Officer for immediate start in the area of Bristol (Chippenham). The required candidate must have a valid SIA Licence, full checkable 5 year work/education history, experience of working in a similar role, excellent customer service skills and be a strong communicator. All candidates must be smart in appearance, available to work various shifts, including weekends and be flexible. This position suits a person looking for part-time hours.
Duties will include:
- Conducting internal/external site patrols
- Acting as visual deterrent
- Dealing & responding to incidents
- Completing any necessary paperwork & reports
- Promoting the safety of all customers and staff
- Following site specific procedures
- Maintaining the highest standards of security
- Liaise with clients in a polite and professional manner
Essential Experience
- Applicants must hold valid Security Guarding or Door Supervisor licence.
- Applicants must be drivers with own car
- Ability to use your own initiative
- Attention to detail
- Confident dealing with the public
- Customer focused approach
- Previous security experience
- Valid SIA licence ( Frontline Security Guarding or Door Supervision)
- Strong verbal communication skills * Strong written communication skills
Desirable Experience:
- Previous Security Experience of Minimum 1 Year
In return we offer:
- £12.71 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- 0-24 hours per week (Part-Time/ Full Time)
