We are looking for flexible bar staff members to join our team at Fell End Holiday Park. Our team members will serve on the bar and provide service at our park reception.
- Responsible for looking after our customers within the bar, by taking orders, making, and serving drinks.
- Keeping the bar area and restaurant clean, tidy, and well stocked.
- To ensure a high standard of cleanliness and an excellent public image is maintained.
- Liaising with other team members to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Answering the telephone in a professional manner and dealing with any requests such as restaurant bookings in a friendly and helpful way.
- Responsible for making of quality beverages, generally specialty hot drinks.
- Responsible for the cleaning and stocking of the coffee machines.
- To provide product and Company information to customers to a high standard of competence.
- Assisting the manager replenishing stock ensuring comply with stock rotation requirements.
- Ensuring that all faults and defects, equipment, tools, buildings, etc., within the remit of the bar and restaurant are reported to your line manager.
- To undergo specific training as indicated by the Manager as and when required.
- Take all reasonable steps to protect the health, safety and welfare of all employees, patrons, and visitors, by promoting safe working practices.
- Comply with company policies, rules, and procedures at all times.
- Any other duties as required by your line manager commensurate with your role.
Requirements:
- There is no public transport to the park so applicants must have their own transport.
- Good Time Management, organisation and communication skills
- The Right to work in the UK
Schedule:
- Weekend and evening work is required.
- This position is a Zero-hours contract
