Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beautician to join our team . The ideal candidate will be willing to work across our both salons in Lichfield and Hoar Cross. You will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional treatments to include nail applications massage, advanced facials, lash, brow waxing and all beauty treatments. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied.
Duties
- Provide a range of beauty treatments, including facials, manicures, pedicures, massage, brow and lash treatments, waxing.
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to offer clients the best services.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up consultations.
- Recommend products and services that meet client needs while enhancing their overall experience.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Beautician or nail technician is required.
- Proficiency in massage and facial techniques and knowledge of various beauty products.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and understand their requirements.
- A background in beauty salons and customer service is highly desirable, ensuring a positive experience for every client.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
