Join a growing employee owned business where no two days are the same.
Highland Offroad operates Land Rover Experience Scotland on behalf of Jaguar Land Rover, delivering premium off road driving experiences in the heart of Perthshire.
Alongside Land Rover Experience Scotland, we deliver Professional Driver Training, Quad Experiences, Corporate Events and, from later in 2026, Highland High Ropes.
As an Employee Owned Business, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are proud of the experiences we deliver and the culture we have built, where people are trusted, supported and encouraged to make a real difference.
We are now looking for an organised, proactive and capable individual to join our team in a varied role that combines business operations, administration and personal assistant support.
The Opportunity
This is far more than a traditional administration role.
Working closely with the Directors and wider team, you will become a central point of coordination across the business, helping keep people, projects and daily operations running smoothly.
You'll gain exposure to multiple areas of the business, build relationships across departments and play an important part in supporting both day to day operations and future growth.
The successful candidate will enjoy variety, be naturally organised and take pride in making things happen behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Directors with day to day administration, planning and organisation.
- Coordinating rotas, staffing information and operational records.
- Organising meetings, agendas, minutes and follow up actions.
- Supporting customer and corporate event planning.
- Working closely with Reception and Front of House teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors and service providers.
- Assisting with finance administration, invoice processing and business records.
- Helping maintain compliance, business systems and operational processes.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and support continuous improvement across the business.
What We're Looking For
You will be someone who:
- Enjoys organising people, information and processes.
- Can manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
- Is confident communicating with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
- Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion.
- Enjoys solving problems and finding practical solutions.
- Is approachable, professional and happy working as part of a close knit team.
- Is comfortable learning new systems and ways of working.
Previous experience in administration, operations support, executive assistant, personal assistant or business support roles would be beneficial, but attitude, organisation and a willingness to learn are just as important.
What We Offer
- A genuinely varied role with real responsibility.
- The opportunity to work closely with senior decision makers.
- Exposure to multiple areas of a growing business.
- Ongoing training and development.
- A supportive and collaborative working environment.
- Employee Ownership benefits.
- The opportunity to play a part in the next stage of Highland Offroad's growth.
If you're looking for a role where you can make an impact, take ownership and become a key part of a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
