Application Support Analyst
- Location: Ipswich, Suffolk
- Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm

As we continue to grow and invest in the future of our products, we're looking for an enthusiastic Application Support Analyst to join our Customer Services Team.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new software and delivering outstanding customer service. Working as part of our support team, you'll investigate customer queries, troubleshoot software issues and help customers get the very best from our applications. We're looking for someone who enjoys understanding how things work, takes ownership of problems and isn't afraid to dig a little deeper to find the right solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support via telephone, email and Microsoft Teams.
- Investigate and resolve customer software queries.
- Take ownership of support cases through to resolution.
- Work closely with colleagues to troubleshoot more complex issues.
- Liaise with our Development team where software changes are required.
- Help customers make the best use of our software.
- Assist with software testing and quality assurance when required.
About You
You may already have experience in:
- Application or Software Support
- IT Helpdesk
- Freight Forwarding or Customs
- Warehouse Management
- Customer Service within a software environment
You'll also have:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Good organisational skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop.
Experience with business software, ERP or accounting systems would be an advantage, but is not essential.
