Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and motivated Security Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a wide range of security systems, including but not limited to CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and integrated security platforms. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for ensuring the highest standards of safety and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain various security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, etc.)
- Perform system upgrades, preventive maintenance, and regular inspections to ensure optimal functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues relating to security system hardware and software
- Collaborate with clients to assess security needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and local regulations
- Provide end-user training and support as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience installing and maintaining security systems
- Strong understanding of networking principles and system integration
- Familiarity with major security system brands and platforms
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites
