Overall Purpose of the Role:
As a Level 4 Operative, you’re right at the heart of Fenmarc’s mission to deliver fresh, tasty, and top-quality veg to our customers.
As a Level 4 Operative, you’re a key part of keeping our packing and prep assets running like clockwork. You’ll take ownership of your station, carry out basic machinery checks, complete clear and accurate paperwork, and help keep the team on track with the production schedule.
You’ll be the friendly go-to for questions, quick fixes, and keeping the energy up on shift. With your experience and know-how, you’ll help solve problems, support your teammates, and make sure everything is done safely, smoothly, and to specifications.
Key Areas of Responsibility :
As a Level 4 Operative, you’re a key support to our Coordinators, helping to set up, run, and keep the line flowing smoothly and safely. You’ll take ownership of a process, support your team, and make sure everything is done right, on time, and to specification.

Previous packing experience is a desirable skill we are looking for.
