Together, these services offer personalised support to people living with severe and enduring mental illness, helping them build confidence, develop greater independence, enhance their wellbeing, and take positive steps towards living successfully within their local communities.

- Acting as a key worker for a small number of people using the service.
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, community partners and multidisciplinary teams.
- Supporting quality assurance, audits and continuous improvement activities.
- Promoting positive risk-taking, independence and social inclusion.
Essential skills and experience:
- Experience supporting people with severe mental illness or complex needs.
- Experience supervising, mentoring or leading staff.
- A Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification, or you're working towards one.

- The ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience assessing needs, developing support plans and managing risk.
- A flexible approach to working within a 24/7 service.
