The Role
We're hiring 1 Client Relationship Associate to follow up with leads who are already warm — people who've attended our events, engaged with our CRM, or shown inbound interest. Your job is to build the relationship, answer their questions, and guide them through getting started with WhyAML. No prospecting, no door-knocking, no cold lists.
How it works:
- First 60 days: onsite with our team, learning the product, shadowing calls, and getting hands-on training
- After 60 days: move to remote work with flexible scheduling
- Growth path: as your book of accounts and performance grow, hours increase — this role is built to become full-time for the right person
What You'll Do
- Call and email warm leads from our CRM, events, and inbound campaigns — never cold outreach
- Explain what WhyAML does in plain terms and help prospects see the value for their business
- Be the friendly, reliable point of contact as new clients get onboarded
- Flag feedback and upsell opportunities back to our product and sales teams
- Keep the CRM accurate and up to date
What We're Looking For
- Experience in outbound/inside sales or phone-based account management
- A confident, clear communicator who's a genuinely good listener
- Comfortable in a CRM and in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Self-motivated — you can manage your own day without someone checking in constantly
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Business, Communications, or Marketing preferred, not required if you've got the experience
