Win as a Team:
The Senior Cyber Security Architect reports to the Director, Security Strategy, Architecture & Portfolio Security within Security Strategy, Architecture & Portfolio Security and provides technical leadership across the security architecture function in Intact UK&I. The role is responsible for shaping, governing and advancing security architecture practices across the organisation, ensuring solutions are secure by design, aligned to internal policies and standards, and compliant with legal and regulatory obligations.

You’ll make an impact by:
- Lead the development, maintenance and evolution of security architecture artefacts including principles, standards, patterns, reference designs, target states and roadmaps
- Provide senior security architecture leadership and oversight to projects, programmes, products and strategic initiatives across cloud, on-premise and hybrid environments
- Review and challenge complex solution architectures, high-level designs, low-level designs and integration patterns to ensure they are secure by design and aligned to policy and regulatory expectations
Your skills and experience:
- Significant experience developing and leading security architecture across enterprise environments, with the ability to define principles, standards, patterns, reference architectures and target states
- Deep understanding of secure design principles and security controls across applications, infrastructure, networks, cloud services, identity, data protection and third-party integrations
- Experience operating across a broad technology landscape including on-premise, cloud and hybrid platforms, with the ability to assess complex architectures and integration models at scale
- Strong ability to review and challenge high-level and low-level designs, data flows, trust boundaries, deployment models and technology choices from a security architecture perspective
