We are a high-end, bespoke floristry company, renowned for our artistry and attention to detail. We are seeking a Client-Facing Delivery Driver to join our growing team and play a vital role in both our logistics and customer experience.
This role requires a professional with strong driving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the physical capacity for installations. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organisation and punctuality are highly valued.
Please note this is a part-time role 1-2 days per week with additional shifts available during peak seasons such the festive period.
About the Role
Primarily you will be responsible for our client-facing deliveries and installations. You will:
- Safely load, transport, and deliver arrangements, trees, installations, and stock across the UK with most of our deliveries occurring in London & the Home Counties
- Provide a professional, polite, and well-presented service to our valued clients
- Handle goods carefully to ensure arrangements arrive in perfect condition
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations during warehouse operations and driving duties
- Ad-hoc warehouse duties when required
Experience
- Proven delivery driver experience, driving a large van in London (preferably within a commercial setting)
- Valid Full UK driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Physically able to handle, load, and deliver large, delicate items
- Fluent in English, a well-spoken and well-presented manner – you’ll be representing our luxury brand on every delivery
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance checks and safety protocols is desirable
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is advantageous
