With 85 beds across six specialised units, we support residents with a wide range of care needs in a warm, welcoming, and person-centred environment.

About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and respected.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with personal care and daily living needs
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Promoting dignity, independence, and individual choice
- Supporting residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing
- Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately

What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Kind, compassionate, and patient

- Able to work effectively as part of a team

- Experienced in a care setting (preferred but not essential)
Successful candidates must:
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
- Be willing to undergo a PVG check
