As the key link between customers and the workshop, you'll manage service bookings, provide estimates, keep customers updated throughout the repair process and ensure all administration is completed accurately while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
About You
- Motor industry customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Candidates with relevant, transferable skills gained in customer-facing roles within sectors such as retail, hospitality, transport, fleet, aftersales or service coordination are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and IT literacy.
- Full UK driving licence.
