Provision Manager – Wraparound Care
Location: The Ashbeach School, Ashbeach Drove, Ramsey St Mary's, Huntingdon, PE26 2TG

Hours: 30 guaranteed hours per week
Working Pattern:
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00am-9:00am
- 3:00pm-6:00pm
- Friday includes a lunchtime club and afternoon PE/PPA sports delivery.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and caring Provision Manager to lead one of our Wraparound Care settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, leading a small team and making a real difference to families every day.
The Role
As Provision Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Breakfast Club and After School Club, ensuring every child has a safe, engaging and enjoyable experience.
You'll be the main point of contact on site, leading activities, supporting your team and ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, organisation and customer service are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operation of the Wraparound Care provision.
- Act as the site's Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
- Be responsible for First Aid and Safeguarding on site.
- Report safeguarding or welfare concerns to the Company Director and Lead DSL.
- Open and lock the venue each day.
- Be responsible for the security of site keys between sessions.
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging activities including sports, games, STEM and creative activities.
- Support and motivate the Provision Assistant.
- Build positive relationships with parents during drop-off and collection.
- Keep registers accurate and up to date.
- Maintain all required documentation.
- Know individual children's needs, key information and emergency contacts.
- Report incidents, concerns or operational issues promptly to the Director.
- Deliver a Friday lunchtime club and afternoon PE/PPA sports session.

- Is reliable, punctual and professional.
- Is energetic and enjoys leading fun, active sessions.
Essential Requirements
- Experience working with primary school-aged children.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one).
- Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to complete training).
- Strong safeguarding knowledge.
- Ability to work independently.
