Our business has a wide range of the latest equipment for hire, together with an expansive sales stock, consumables and accessories for purchase. As a result of expansion and progressive growth, we are now advertising for an additional Hire negotiator.
Requirements of the role are:
The key to this role is being able to multi task and build great customer relationships either face to face or by telephone. As the Hire Negotiator you will coordinate the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collections, liaising with every part of the depot to ensure the needs of the customer are exceeded
On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to be primarily in our showroom serving customers and dealing with telephone enquiries. You will be working directly with the other departments, liaising regularly with; drivers, engineers and the sales team to ensure minimal delay in fulfilling the needs of the customer with readily available equipment.
Essential:
- Strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Ability to negotiate hire contracts, off hire & damages
- Strong communication skills both verbally & written
- Commitment to learn and develop
