We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our existing Team.
As our Breakfast Chef you should possess a background in high volume and attention to detail; you will be responsible for ensuring that the Continental breakfast and the buffet breakfast are prepared and presented to the highest quality to deliver an excellent guest experience.
You should be someone who loves a busy morning service, works well under pressure, has great food presentation and loves producing a satisfying breakfast for our guests.
Key responsibilities for the Breakfast Chef are;
- Running a smooth breakfast service, while ensuring that a consistent level of quality is maintained at all times.
- Use your eye for quality to produce high quality breakfast items from fresh ingredients. Maintaining stock and wastage control.
- Following HACCP. Checking and maintaining storage areas, following the correct storage protocol.
- Quality controlling of all food items delivered.
- Observing and meticulously following regulations on food storage, hygiene and temperature control.

- Previous experience as a breakfast chef within a high quality volume restaurant environment

We can offer mornings only, or extra shifts if full-time is required.
The position is initially available through to January 2027.
Pay: Up to £16.00 per hour
