Full time Security Control Room & Response Operator
This company now has an exciting opportunity for full time Controller & Response officer to join their ever-growing prestigious Control Room.
Based at their 24/7 control room in Aldershot you will be required to work minimum 4 x 12 hour shifts per week which are predominately nights and days or nights on weekends with scope for additional hours.
The Controller must be able to respond to all important and emergency calls from external and internal customers. Monitor and respond to all CCTV activations. A controller will have to have an excellent quality of reporting and communication with all clients and customer care is paramount.
Role Responsibility:
- Respond to Alarm Activation's
- Monitor CCTV
- Internal/external Patrol
- Produce accurate incident reports
- Logging all activity
- Respond to emergency situations
- Responsible for static and mobile staff welfare
The Ideal Candidate:
A valid SIA Door Supervisor/ Security guarding License, with a valid CCTV Licence.
Requirement:
To be considered for employment in this role you must be able to meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must have valid SIA licence & CCTV licence
- Have a five year checkable employment history
- Computer Skills essential, Excel, MS Word documents, CCTV software
- Excellent written and oral communication skills essential
- Able to be a team player
- Clean driving licence – Must be able to drive a manual vehicle
- Control Room experience
