The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and bilingual Senior Marketing & Growth Specialist to lead our brand architecture, content strategy, and client acquisition efforts—with a specific focus on bridging English- and Mandarin-speaking e-commerce ecosystems.
You will take complete ownership of building high-converting consumer narratives from scratch. If you have a track record of driving millions of media impressions, managing e-commerce platform growth, and turning organic traffic into tangible B2B revenue, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Content Architecture: Define, build, and execute a cohesive cross-channel content marketing strategy that positions The Appeal Guru as the ultimate authority for Amazon sellers.
- Cross-Border Market Expansion: Leverage your fluent Mandarin and English skills to design targeted campaigns aimed at international Amazon sellers, particularly Chinese-speaking store owners looking for global account protection and store growth services.
- Organic Growth & Traffic Conversion: Lead organic social media growth and content-led lead generation, converting high-volume traffic into high-value client inquiries and long-term user retention.
- Campaign & Event Management: Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns, industry networking events, and media collaborations to strengthen our brand credibility within the global e-commerce sector.
- Strategic Partnerships: Coordinate influencer partnerships, industry collaborations, and B2B networking to scale our store management and PPC consultancy services.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Bilingual Fluency: Native or professional-level fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is strictly required to facilitate cross-cultural communication and marketing campaign localization.
- Proven Growth Track Record: Demonstrated success in building brand systems, driving high-volume impressions (millions+ views), and generating organic B2B client inquiries.
- E-Commerce Insight: Direct experience or a strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms, flagship store operations, or digital retail ecosystems (experience with Amazon, Tmall, or TP holdings groups is highly valued).
- Agile Content Creation: Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex services (like legal/account suspensions and Amazon PPC algorithms) into clear, high-converting narratives.
- Educational Background: A degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
