We're looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Selections Officer to join our CRM & Data Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a data professional who enjoys turning complex campaign requirements into precise, actionable audience selections that help drive supporter engagement and fundraising income.
Working closely with fundraising, marketing and digital teams, you will play a vital role in ensuring the right message reaches the right supporter at the right time across multiple channels, including direct mail, email, SMS and telephone campaigns. This role is critical in helping us generate the income needed to support our mission and work across the UK and beyond.
What you'll be doing

Deliver accurate audience selections and data segmentation for multi-channel fundraising campaigns using SQL, CRM systems and Excel.

Manage campaign schedules, build automated workflows and produce supporter data files to support donor journeys and fundraising activity.

Partner with fundraising teams to understand campaign requirements, recommend target audiences and support testing and optimisation initiatives.

Maintain high standards of data quality through cleansing, de-duplication and ongoing database accuracy improvements.

Ensure all data processing complies with GDPR and fundraising regulations while liaising with external suppliers to deliver campaigns effectively.
About you
We're looking for a highly analytical data professional with experience in CRM, database marketing or fundraising data. You'll have strong SQL and advanced Excel skills, experience working with large datasets and CRM platforms, and a solid understanding of data protection and governance. You'll be an excellent communicator, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and work collaboratively across teams. Experience with marketing automation, fundraising data modelling and direct marketing campaigns would be an advantage.
