About us
One Partnership is a public-private partnership between Eric Wright Group, the private sector partner, Community Health Partnerships, who are wholly owned by the Department of Health, and the local health and social care economies across the North West.
We have been local partners to the public sector for over 12 years under the LIFT Co partnerships of Foundation for Life, East Lancashire Building Partnerships and BRAHM LIFT Co, but are now bringing the management of these Companies together under the new brand of “One Partnership”. This will enable us to be more agile and responsive, share best practice, and support the drive for public sector efficiency.
The role
We are looking for a Partnership and Property Manager to build and manage effective partnerships. You will work to build effective relationships with local representatives from Community Health Partnership (CHP), Eric Wright Facilities Management (EWFM), local Health and Social Care Partners, current and potential future tenants on our BRaHM Portfolio (covering Bolton, Rochdale, Hetwood and Middleton). Reporting to the Senior Partnership and Property Manager you will also be responsible for the successful delivery of core services under the One Partnership (LIFTCo) contract(s).
Your main duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Ensuring that the Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) buildings are effectively maintained over the entire concession period to maintain compliance with contractual obligations.

Ensuring compliance with the operational obligations of the Management Services Agreement.

Ensuring compliance with the reporting and notification requirements of the respective Credit Agreements.

Developing and maintaining key relationships through regular contact and attendance at meetings with Community Health Partnerships

Monitoring the performance of the Facilities Management (FM) Contractor to ensure that services are being delivered in accordance with requirements of the contract and take actions to address any shortfalls.

Ensuring that all LIFTCo/FundCo contractual documentation, FM monthly reports, Technical Advisors (TA) reports, etc. are sourced and filed/archived appropriately

Supporting the management and implementation of contract changes and variations.

Assisting with the production of Operational Reports for inclusion within the Eric Wright Partnerships (EWP), Eric Wright Group (EWG) Board and LIFTCo Board Papers.

Preparing and maintaining Project Information and Trackers to provide accurate records of project status

Processing recharges – receiving recharge information from EWFM, raising any queries, issues to CHP and closing out Purchase Order’s.

Ensuring awareness of Defects across the estate and ensure these are being properly managed.

Undertaking portfolio Property Inspections.

Reviewing contractual documentation received from EWFM to identify issues and discuss with the Facilities Manager.

Managing resolution of day-to-day operational issues within your area.

Ensuring awareness of any H&S issues across the estate and ensure these are being properly managed.

Ensuring awareness of any Insurance claims across the estate and ensure these are being properly managed.

Managing database of Third Party tenants and undertake any necessary day-to-day liaison.

Recognising and managing local conflicts that may arise

Responsibility for the successful delivery of core services under the One Partnership (LIFTCo) contract(s), including attending local estates and service/client meetings as agreed.

Providing input into the development of strategic pieces of work

Liaising with the other members of the team to share best practice and learning

Liaising with the other members of the team to help deliver the objectives set out in the business plan.

Supporting local partners to develop short, medium and long term strategies for each LIFT buildings in the agreed geographical footprint in line with the wider local strategic vision.
About You
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience of working within the PFI/PPP arena and have worked in a client-facing environment. Some understanding of the health and social care system would be desirable. You will have exceptional organisational skills, outstanding attention to detail, as well as having the aptitude to multi-task with ease. It goes without saying that you will have excellent communication skills both oral and written and have the ability to solve problems whilst maintaining excellent relationships with both clients and suppliers. Finally, you will have first rate IT skills and be fully conversation with Microsoft Office.
