Position Overview:
Play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of a commercial kitchen’

Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Ensuring all kitchen areas, including countertops, stoves, ovens, sinks, and floors, are clean and sanitized.
- Dishwashing: Washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, either manually or using a dishwasher2.
- Inventory Management: Receiving deliveries, organizing stock, and ensuring food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators are well-maintained.
- Waste Disposal: Emptying trash containers and disposing of waste properly.
- Basic Food Preparation: Assisting chefs with tasks like peeling, cutting, and washing ingredients.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring cooking equipment is clean and in working order
Requirements:
- Adaptability and Willingness to Learn.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards during busy periods.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
