About the role
Elite Training and Consultancy Scotland Ltd is expanding its IT Modern Apprenticeship offering across Scotland and is looking for an ambitious New Business Executive to support this growth.
This role sits within a developing area of the business and offers the opportunity to build new client relationships while contributing to the growth of a well-established training provider.
The position focuses on working with businesses across Scotland, promoting the value of Modern Apprenticeships, and supporting employers to attract, develop, and retain talent.
What you’ll be doing
- Building new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and meetings
- Developing and managing your own client base
- Promoting IT Modern Apprenticeship programmes to employers
- Building long-term relationships with clients
- Working towards and achieving activity and performance targets
- What we’re looking for
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and face-to-face)
- A motivated, positive, and resilient approach
- Good organisation and time management
- A genuine interest in sales and business development
- Ability to build relationships and manage clients
- What we offer
- £27,000 - £30,000 basic salary
- Uncapped monthly and quarterly commission with clear earning potential from day one
